Responsibilities:
- Ensure that existing and Potential major customer are visited / contacted regularly
- Promoting Customer Access deployment in his / her branch
- Ensure that his / her branch provide market leading level of services as per DHL Global Service Commitment
- Maintaining brand leadership position by projecting leadership image
- In Conjunction with HR Manager ensures that appropirate training and development programs (both on and off the job) are devised for key positions
- Ensure that DHL's relationship with airlines and other airport authorities are properly maintainand
- Ensure that his / her staff in branch adheres to the company security procedure at all time
- Ensure that Information regarding Competitor activity is gathered on a regular and Consistant basis
- Preparethe Annual Operationg Plan for Branch to ensure that there is a business plan in Place which will be used as guidance to achieve the early financial and business performance objectives
- Implement systems, policies, and procedures, as assigned or agreed with management
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major and max. 38 years old
- At last 3 years Experiences in related positon
- Having Experience in Express / Freight Forwarding Industry will be an advantege
- Excellent leadership skill
- Excellent analytical & Problem solving skills
- Able to demonstrate a strong Capability in General Management
- Fluent in English (Written & Spoken)
- Able to Seak Mandarin or Hokkian will be an advantage
- Willing to be located at Medan - Sumatera utara
